Temporarily remove steel stairs to cellar and wood stairs to allow chopping the concrete walls that need to be demolished below. Replace both stairs to allow evening Barback access to supplies in cellar.
Chop 1' x 1' x 1' hole in fire corridor floor to allow structural Engineer to view, and take pictures, measure and produce a drawing, how to lower floor 6" to gain a 7' -6" head height now required by Dept. of Buildings. Engineer will be at site tomorrow after 2PM with revised approved drawings for backyard underpinning and footings at neighbors wall.
