Work began at 6 AM to load the twenty yard container with dirt and rocks. It was fully loaded and picked up and carted away at 7:45 AM. The C channels in the cellar fire corridor have all been bolted to the original 3" x 10" joists and will be inspected by the architect tomorrow.
The Architect is waiting to receive a stamp from the building Dept. for his latest revised drawings. It is anticipated in two days. The Structural engineer also is preparing drawings for underpinning and footings. They too should be ready in three to four days.
